Terms of Service
Last updated 6 January 2026. This document applies to colonize.bio and to the programme services described on it.
Acceptance
By using colonize.bio or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
What we provide
Information about our formulations, a free readiness check, and — under separate written agreement — field assessment, programme design and supply of registered products. The website itself does not conclude a supply contract.
The readiness check
The readiness check is a screening indication generated from the answers you provide. It is not an agronomic recommendation, does not account for compaction, rotation or local registration status, and must not be used as the sole basis for a purchase or application decision.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.
Products and registration
Products are supplied only in territories where they are nationally registered, and only for the uses stated on the approved label. Label instructions prevail over any information on this website. It is the user's responsibility to comply with national application rules.
No yield warranty
We warrant that product meets its release specification at the point of dispatch and is free from manufacturing defect. We do not warrant a yield outcome. Agricultural results depend on weather, soil, management and factors outside our control.
Liability
Our liability for a defective consignment is limited to replacement or refund of that consignment. To the extent permitted by Minnesota law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or crop value. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Intellectual property
Trial data, strain identifiers, documentation and site content remain our property. You may reproduce published trial figures with attribution to Pivot Bio, Inc..
Governing law
The laws of the State of Minnesota apply. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
